This is the story of a simple guy whose dedication, hard work, and passion for Mediterranean cuisine, after graduating from culinary school, ultimately brought him here, to Marbella, on the shores of the Mediterranean. After nearly two decades of experience gained in some of the most prestigious places, we are beginning a new adventure based on unleashing the art of cooking beyond the ordinary, with a personal approach to every guest.

This way of working allows me to create every event from the very beginning, to get to know the people I cook for, and to make sure that no two events are ever the same.

At a friend’s suggestion, we decided to organize a birthday dinner for my wife in the privacy of our home, so we contacted these young and fun people. Honestly, at first I was a little skeptical – I had just moved here and I don’t know Marbella very well. When they arrived, the young woman decorated the table so beautifully that my wife literally started crying with happiness and excitement. We found their ad on Instagram and thought, what a great idea to try something typical of southern Spain. We went to their website and immediately knew that espeto and lots of seafood with wine were the perfect choice for the evening. They were amazing at their job, but the real ceremony—and the beginning of my hangover—started when someone rang the doorbell, someone we absolutely weren't expecting... The door opened, and a man with an acoustic guitar walked in. My goodness, we had such a great time playing Spanish music... You guys are fantastic, keep it up!
